The hotel rooms are elegant. My room had modern features. The bathroom contained marble and a Toto toilet. The food from room service came quickly. It was lovely. The staff was friendly and anticipated my needs. They provided service with love for the hotel. Breakfast service was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff greeted you with a smile. I found the location perfect for accessing many things. It is near theatres and shops. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to various attractions. It made exploring easy.

my recent stay in a superior room thrilled me the meticulous attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out the complimentary high-speed wifi allowed me to stay connected easily the room's soundproofing ensured a quiet super calm place
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit longer than ideal during peak hours that was my only issue.
